OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE

We all rely on one another to accomplish the finest work possible as a firm. Your decisions will affect others and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions.

BE RESPECTFUL

We won't all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We will all be frustrated from time to time, but we must not allow that irritation to turn into personal assaults. An environment in which individuals feel uneasy or threatened is not conducive to productivity or creativity.

CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY

Maintain a professional demeanor. Be considerate of others. Do not make fun of or belittle people. Harassment and discriminatory actions are not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Violent threats.
- Discriminatory slang and humor.
- Disseminating sexually explicit or violent content using electronic devices or other ways.
- Personal insults, particularly ones including racist or sexist language. - Unwanted sexual attention.
- Supporting or encouraging any of the aforementioned behaviors.

REPEATED HARASSMENT OF OTHERS

In general, if someone asks you to cease doing anything, you should. When we disagree, attempt to figure out why. Disagreements and differences of opinion are almost always unavoidable. What matters is that we resolve disagreements and differing opinions constructively.
